URL change

hoenicke.ath.cx -> www.jochen-hoenicke.de

I really hate it when links do not work anymore and you cannot find the contents that you are looking for. However, I lost the domain hoenicke.ath.cx and there is no way to get it back. Its content is still existing, though; it is now under www.jochen-hoenicke.de.
